What we’re looking for

Knowing the software is only the starting point. We want a strong editor whose work demonstrates precise cuts, confident pacing and the judgement to hold attention. Show us retention-focused edits with considered sound design, music selection, basic colour correction and useful B-roll. Add clean motion graphics where they improve the result. You should understand YouTube and social media content, add accurate subtitles or captions where required, and follow references without handing over your creative judgement. Show us why your choices improve the video. TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is expected; you do not need to master both. Adobe After Effects is strongly preferred for motion graphics and visual finishing. Adobe Photoshop is an additional advantage. HOW WE WORK Be reliable, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and implement feedback thoughtfully. Bring a willingness to learn and improve. Portfolio quality matters more than certificates; share a public portfolio URL, not uploaded videos or files. Salary Negotiable

• You must speak Punjabi and be comfortable communicating in Punjabi. English and Hindi are useful additional languages.
• A publicly accessible portfolio URL showing completed YouTube or social media edits; work quality matters more than certificates.
• Strong editing, pacing, retention and clean cuts, with sound design, music selection, basic colour correction and purposeful B-roll.
• Clean motion graphics and accurate subtitles or captions where appropriate, plus the ability to understand references and make good editing decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve. After Effects is strongly preferred; Photoshop is an additional advantage.
• Reliable communication, attention to detail, meeting deadlines and the ability to receive and implement feedback.
• A willingness to learn and improve. Portfolio links only; no video or file uploads.
