What we’re looking for

AI GENERATION + VIDEO EDITING We want someone who can take an idea or reference and create a complete, professional video using AI creation tools, then edit and refine it. Using occasional AI features in editing software is not enough; generating disconnected clips without a coherent finished edit is not enough either. Your work could include AI character or avatar/person videos, UGC-style product videos and advertisements, social content, cinematic sequences, talking characters or generated B-roll. Turn ideas into usable visuals through text-to-video, image-to-video and image generation, with purposeful prompts, consistent characters and scenes, and AI voices or lip-sync where needed. Refine weak generations and bring multiple scenes together with clear pacing and sound design. TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW Hands-on AI creation workflows using Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly or equivalent professional platforms are expected; no single platform is mandatory. You should also edit confidently in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with practical Adobe After Effects skills for compositing and finishing. HOW WE WORK Show us finished AI-generated videos through a public portfolio URL, not uploaded files. We value the quality of your work, reliable delivery, attention to detail, thoughtful feedback and a willingness to keep learning. Salary Negotiable

What we?re looking forRequirements

• Punjabi required
• You must speak Punjabi and be comfortable communicating in Punjabi. English and Hindi are useful additional languages.
• A publicly accessible portfolio URL showing complete AI-generated videos, from an idea or reference to a polished final edit.
• Hands-on AI creation skills: text-to-video, image-to-video, image generation, prompt creation and scene generation; editing software with AI features alone is not enough.
• The ability to maintain character and scene consistency, refine poor generations, and use AI voices or lip-sync where required.
• Confident video editing, pacing and sound design, combining generated scenes into coherent videos; random AI clips alone are not enough.
• Experience with Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly or equivalent professional AI-generation platforms. No single platform is mandatory.
• Confident editing in Adobe Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve, with practical After Effects skills for compositing and finishing.
• Reliability, meeting deadlines, attention to detail, implementing feedback and a willingness to learn. Portfolio quality over certificates; links only, no uploads.
